A quick fried rice recipe like you get at your favourite Chinese restaurant. Leftover rice, fried chicken pieces plus a couple of eggs, baby carrots, peas or beans, soy and some tomato sauce is all you need. Garnish with sliced green onions, if desired.

Chicken Fried-rice
Ingredients
- 2 cup white rice precooked.(refrigerated overnight)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tbsp butter
- Ginger garlic paste
- 1 cup vegetable ( carrot,leeks,s pring onions, beans or peas)
- Soy and tomato sauce
- Salt and pepper
- Chilli flakes
- Chinese chilli paste (optional)
- Precooked Chicken pieces
- Brown sugar (optional)
Instructions
- In a wok or saucepan Pour in vegetable oil or butter, then stir in Ginger garlic paste; cook for about 30 seconds.
- Then stir in carrots,beans, peas; cover it so the carrot is soft.
- Add eggs; stir quickly to scramble eggs with vegetables.
- Stir in cooked rice. Add soy sauce and tomato sauce, toss rice to coat.
- Add some Brown sugar to add some more flavour.
